Find a word. Try it out. Word puzzles give children another way to practise spelling and discover words for their next piece.
When children know what they want to say but can’t find the word, they can describe it to Words and choose a suggestion for their writing.

Inkland is an AI-guided writing world for children aged 9–14, designed for iPad and PC. Children learn how to start, organise their ideas, develop a piece, and revise it, with lessons and games to practise along the way.
The child is the author. Spark guides each section and offers feedback on their draft. If a word is hard to find, children can describe what they want to say in Words and choose a suggestion. Children write the story and decide what to keep.
Practice earns Ink. Children use it to choose furniture and decorations for their personal library. As they progress, they unlock new islands. Ink is earned through activities rather than purchased.
Inkland is designed around private stories by default, with children’s work excluded from AI training. Books belong in each child’s personal collection, and children choose which suggestions to use.
Inkland is planned to launch by the end of 2027. This website lets you explore the experience and its design story.
Inkland is designed to make guided writing more accessible. Private stories, no AI training on children’s work, and rewards earned through practice support children’s ownership of their learning.
With Spark beside them, young writers have a place to begin and a reason to keep going.
